Ramsey Subaru Service Dept has expanded so much in the past 3 years!! We went from 4 technicians to 8 technicians, and from 3 service staff in our office to 7! We wish to thank all our dedicated customers for choosing us and helping us grow to this size.
Our Service Staff
Gordon Torrie the Service Manager at Ramsey Subaru . He comes to Ramsey Subaru with 20 years Automotive Experience . Recently he worked with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Suzuki of Monroe, New York. He was also a manager of a Discount Tire and Service Center , working with various vehicle types and customers . Gordon has many years of Excellent customer service relations, and looks forward to helping our customers with any concerns.
Al Cisneros, Service Advisor has been with Ramsey Subaru and the Subaru Brand for some time. His extensive knowledge with Subaru has proven to be a valuable asset to the Ramsey Team. Al takes pride in building relationships with his clients with their best interest in mind, insuring his customer’s are getting the best possible service.
Joseph Celano is our warranty Specialist and Service Coordinator. Joseph has many years of customer relation experiencing, working for the vehicle manufacturer and several retail dealerships. Joseph has worked for Chrysler and Toyota as a service coordinator and worked for Yugo of America as a warranty specialist. His experience in resolving customers concerns with scheduling and repair concerns has proven to be an asset to the Ramsey Subaru team.
James Colamarino , started with Subaru in 1991, and now has 18 years of Subaru Experience. He Is a Subaru Senior Master Tech and ASE Certified Tech. James has worked in conjunction with Subaru to discuss and resolve technical and mechanical concerns about the Subaru brand. This shows you the level of expertise and dedication to the Subaru Brand James has.
Walter Botts has been with Ramsey Subaru for many years and has used his experience to diagnose and repair these vehicles to the highest level. His knowledge of Subaru is Extensive and a valuable asset to the Ramsey Subaru Team. Walter has completed numerous Subaru certification test and has logged over 100 hours of Subaru Training school.
Michael Gonzalves has recently joined the Ramsey Subaru team to work with the Subaru product line. He has many years of retail experience and was a graduate of Lincoln Tech back in the early 2000’s. He is an energetic, self motivated team player who gets the job done correctly, clean and efficiently. He is an asset to the Ramsey Subaru team.
Tim Ruit recently came over from Ford to learn about the Subaru brand and product. He has been a tech for several years with knowledge of domestic and Japanese products. He will be attending Subaru technical training thru Subaru‘s Training classes.
Peter Kolovos , recently completed his internship with Ramsey Subaru thru Lincoln Tech automotive school. In order to have an internship he maintained top grades along with perfect attendance. He successfully completed his internship and proud to announce he was offered full time position with Ramsey Automotive group. The transition from intern to Tech has proven to be beneficial to the dealership knowing that we were provided the opportunity to train him to learn the Subaru Product.
Clayton Soto , is currently a Subaru Technician with Ramsey Subaru . Clayton has been with Ramsey Subaru for over 2 years and is learning hands on experience to compliment his education. Clayton assists technicians with repairs and also works on Subaru vehicles. He will grow with the product as he becomes a Certified Subaru Technician and will be attending Subaru of America tech training classes in the fall of 2011
Anthony Romano is a certified Subaru Technician who has attended Subaru of America Training classes and brings years of Subaru product knowledge with him here to Ramsey Subaru. He is a well trained technician who’s applied experience has been a asset to Ramsey Subaru . We look forward to his contributions to our team.
Don Barba is a new addition to our Ramsey Subaru team. He Brings years of Subaru Experience to the store . He has been to several Subaru training classes and brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Another wonderful asset to our team .
Jonathan Marichal is a service assistant in our service dept, he is new to the automotive field and is eager to start his career here at Ramsey Subaru . His enthusiasm is well received and his eagerness to learn is proving to be a wonderful asset to the Ramsey Subaru team.
Mike Beard has been with Ramsey Subaru for the Past 7 years, and is a Service assistant. Mike Knows all the customers, provides them with rides to and from work and works all the logistical needs of our growing service dept. He is a wonderful asset to the team. He is also a proud father of 2, recently he had a baby daughter , Keanna Marie and his son Michael , jr. is 4 years old. He is also a aspiring Singer with the Singing group “Macao and Bartolo tax ”.
