Our Service Staff

Stephan Soto, Service Manager has over 25 years of automotive experience. He started working for Volvo North America in 1984. In 1991, he decided to work in an Automotive Dealership as a Parts Manager. In 1997 he decided to become a Service advisor for high line European dealers, working with Mercedes, Audi, Land Rover, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Porsche, and Volkswagen. After several years he decided to go into service management and became an Assistant Service manager in 2005. In efforts to further Expand in his Career he was named Service Manager at Ramsey Subaru in December 2008.

Al Cisneros, Service Advisor and Warranty Administrator has been with Ramsey Subaru and the Subaru Brand for some time. His extensive knowledge with Subaru has proven to be a valuable asset to the Ramsey Team. Al takes pride in building relationships with his clients with their best interest in mind, insuring his customer’s are getting the best possible service.

James Colamarino started with Subaru in 1991, and now has 18 years of Subaru Experience. He Is a Subaru Senior Master Tech and ASE Certified Tech. James has worked in conjunction with Subaru to discuss and resolve technical and mechanical concerns about the Subaru brand. This shows you the level of expertise and dedication to the Subaru Brand James has.

Walter Botts has been with Ramsey Subaru for many years and has used his experience to diagnose and repair these vehicles to the highest level. His knowledge of Subaru is Extensive and a valuable asset to the Ramsey Subaru Team. Walter has completed numerous Subaru certification test and has logged over 100 hours of Subaru Training school.

Michael Markiewicz His experience in the aftermarket and Subaru high performance area, “SPT Parts and Accessories” , has enlightened us to what the performance Subaru customer is looking for in their WRX’s and STI’S. Mike is the current Vice President of the Tri-state EVO club. He currently drives a Mitsubishi EVO, but we will not hold this against him.

Michael W. Christen, Service Advisor recently came to Ramsey Subaru with extensive European high line experience. He has been in the Automotive Business for over 5 years and is a devoted to his work. He brings a friendly smile and excellent customer service skills to the table.  He is an asset to the Ramsey Subaru team.

Michael Gonzalves came over from Ford to work with the Subaru product line. He has many years of retail experience and was a graduate of Lincoln Tech back in the early 2000’s.  He is an energetic, self motivated team player who gets the job done correctly, clean and efficiently.  He is an asset to the Ramsey Subaru team.

Tim Ruit recently came over from Ford to learn about the Subaru brand and product. He has been a tech for several years with knowledge of domestic and Japanese products.  He will be attending Subaru technical training thru Subaru ‘s
Training classes.

Ed Belocq is our latest addition to the Ramsey Subaru Team.  A recent Graduate with honors from Lincoln Technical school in Mahwah, New Jersey.  His ambition to start his career in the automotive field, led him to Ramsey Subaru.  He will be trained by Subaru and will be assisted by Ramsey Subaru certified techs .

Alexa Gomez is our Warranty administrator; she has years of experience in Warranty claims processing.  She works with our advisors to assure a smooth process in the submission of warranty claims, and assures all documentation is secure and accurate. She brings us the experience of years in the automotive field and has proven to be an asset to the Ramsey Subaru Team.
