Cannot say enough good things about Al Cisneros and the guys at Ramsey Subaru Service. Had a big repair (turned out to be bigger than expected). Al and the guys got me a loaner, got the repair job done quickly, and at a price superior to the nearest competitor. Well done!

I have purchased and leased three subaru’s in the last 5 years all through Clayton who is an outstanding representative. His knowledge, interpersonal skills,honesty and customer service are exceptional. Both personable and professional Clayton delivered what he promises.
The car which Clayton highly recommende both the 2011 and 2013 have proven to be the best cars I have ever driven The outback 3.5 fully loaded is a joy to drive both for acceleration,handlin and it can be a work horse. I have leased and driven Audi’s,Navigators, Volkswagens,BMW’s,Buicks and I can without reservation say that this car is the best.
However if it were not for my first sales experience with Clayton I may never have gooten behind the Wheel.
I also want to give kudo’s to Shane for an easy transition with all the unnecessary paper that needs to be handled and to the Service Department that has always been professiona,courteous, and responsive especially Al Cisnerous.

decide and helped me feel good about my decision, at no time was I pressured, and I never felt that disconnect that you get from salesmen, after they make the sale, My experience with that car was very good, and my experience with the Ramsey Subaru service department was outstanding, thanks to Al Cisneros, who kept on making sure I was satisfied. Still, when the 2009 WRX became available I was very interested, I spoke to Alex Petrushin, and he made me a great offer on a trade in, In fact, after I accepted and we shook on it, Alex was still comming make with more Ideas on how he would sweeten the deal. Im looking forward to a long relationship with Ramsey Subaru, and will certainly be talking to Alex when Im ready for my next car. Cant say when that will be, the cars are supposed to be extreemly dependable, and they maintain them for you like nobodys business, A loaner car has always been available when I needed it. And everyone is always polite and concerned.
