Your dealership was recommended to me by several people. To come there on a Saturday afternoon and have to wait a half hour to see the salesman I wanted to see tells me you are doing something right. Kurt was very helpful with every question that my wife and I had. Due to the fact he was new at what he was doing, if he didn’t know the answer, he found out what we needed to know. The price I felt was fair and the service arranging the finances was also very well done. If anyone asks me where to buy a Subaru, I would strongly recommend Kurt as well as your dealership.

Our experience with Ramsey Subaru was very good. We were disappointed that there was little negotiations on the price of the car, but thought our sales person, Cory, was honest and clear about our price expectations and never made us feel pressured about our budget or choices. The financial people that finalized the sale of the car were also very organized, and never pressured us for additional puchases or options at the conclusion of our sale. I would definately recommend this dealership and a Subaru again

Cory was very helpful and efficient. He negotiated the new car price over the phone and gave a realistic range for the trade-in too. When I went in, he was true to his word and I was able to get a deal done without the usual back and forth that goes on at most car dealerships. His friendly and trust-worthy demeanor made him a salesperson you would want to deal with. I would certainly recommend this dealership to my friends.

Dealing with Cory Fetkowitz was an outright pleasure. He was always helpful, and NEVER in any way pushy. Cory’s demeanor and style proved to be absolutely perfect medicine for what could have been a stressy experience; but it was quite the opposite. To be frank, I even had to tell Cory as I drove away, what a great pleasure it was to work with him.

I was looking for an almost new Subaru Outback (less than 10k miles) and Ramsey had the right car at the right price. I showed up to check out the car and buy on the same day. No surprises and the car + paperwork were well prepared. Alex Petrushin was very helpful in prior to my visit and he came in early on his day off to close the deal. Our overall experience buying the new Impreza was very positive. Alex Petrushin gave us a very reasonable price for the vehicle. Everything was done as promised, promply, professionally and with courtesy. When we came to pick up the car, he took his time to go over all the ‘buttons’ in the car, gave us an idea of the required maintenance schedule, and explained all the paper work we had to review and sign.

The dealership was extremely pleasant and had the vehicle I was looking for. Although I did not purchase a Subaru, my salesperson Dayton was very helpful and informative. He promptly gave me my deposit back on a car that I originally wanted, but later opted out of it.

I shopped 5 dealer ships and bought at Ramsey because I got the best price there dealing over the internet. I dealt with Alex Petrushin, He got me the best price and handled the email enquirers effectively.
Sales people at other dealerships would promise to be the lowest price and then not answer emails when it came down to actually making the deal.

After the negative review I received a phone call from the service manager because he was upset with the review. After our conversation he offered me a free 7,500 miles check-up and detailing.
I feel better knowing that they cared with my dissatisfaction but I told him they should be upfront with all the charges this way there are no surprises.

Purchased a 2011 Subaru Outback via web sales department. Checked Consumer Reports, used their online pricing service, and was directed to Ramsey Subaru. Did not speak with or see any salesperson until I picked up the delivered vehicle. Was told the specific model I ordered (out of the ordinary set of options) would take 2 weeks to four months to be delivered. Had to wait four months, but was given updates via e mail and answers to my questions via e mail that were straightforward and transparent. Price was outstanding, better than any competing Subaru dealer in 50 mile radius. Delivery experience was very positive; vehicle was ready and paperwork processing was straightforward. No hard sell for options I did not need.
