This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a car. Chris was polite, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions very thoroughly and gave great reasons on why we should buy a Subaru Forester. He cared more about our needs then trying to sell us a car, which is what I believe all consumers want. The BEST DEALERSHIP! Josh (manager) Shane and Chris Wallin were the greatest. They did what they promised. The price I got quoted on the phone was the price at the dealership no bs or extra fees. Shopping for a car with two kids can be tiring when all you want to do is find the car you want at a price you can afford and you dont have the time to go to every dealership. Alot of dealership will quote a price just to get you in the door and then add all these extra fees. You will find HONESTY at Ramsey. I could literally go on for days about how wonderful my experience was with Ramsey Subaru. I had been to five other dealerships prior to coming to Ramsey and I told my sister in law if I didnt find my toyota rav4 in the price range I was looking for then I was going to take a break with my search until after my vacation. All I can say is God was on my side, I needed to purchase another vehicle by that Monday and I didnt want to pay over a certain price for the car. I really got exasperated and disgusted with all the other dealerships because they were overpricing the cars & trying to sell me something other than what I wanted. I came to Subaru as a last resort I had planned on making my purchase elsewhere because my sister in law convinced me that i was getting a good deal, but she did say well go check out Ramsey just so you can see the price isnt going to come down on the vehicle. So that is what we did and long and behold I got the vehicle I was looking for in my price range and with low mileage. I was in and out too.This was the best experience I have ever had when it came to buying a new and used vehicle. I will continue to do business with Subaru and I will continue to tell my friends about my wonderful experience. When you treat a customer good then they keep coming back.

I shopped around, got quotes from dealers 100 miles from my house. I got prices from big clubs services. Trust me, I did my homework. Mr. Wallin, the internet sales manager, said I will give you the best price for your trade and the new car, no gimmicks or tactics. He did give me the best prices. I did all the transaction over the internet and the telephone. Went to the dealer and signed the paperwork. No switch and bait, no misunderstandings, no let me talk to my manager, no haggling. Mr. Wallin delivered. Do your homework and then called Ramsey, you will be happy.

Wonderful experience. From test drive to drive home, Chris Wallin was terrific.
