Purchasing our new automobile was a pleasant and rewarding experience. We found Alex to be helpful and totally reliable in ever respect. Emails were responded to quickly, promises made were kept and the vehicle was delivered as promised all without pressure to purchase or commit to same.
In spite of the arctic conditions, Alex carefully and with great patience explained the many aspects of the vehicle that we needed to be made aware of or were unfamiliar with.
We would definitely recommend both Alex and the dealership to anyone who know who might be interested in purchasing a abura.

We had heard good things about Suburu generally but had never driven one, nor did we have a real way to judge the relative merits of the Outback v. the Forester. Cory did a very good job responding to our inquiries and explaining the details of both cars. After our discussions with Cory and a few test drives we decided on the Outback 2.5 Premium. The pricing seemed fair and we were pleased to utilize the 0.9% financing. Buying a car usually ranks lower than a trip to the dentist but this was painless. We’ll be seeing you folks for service pretty soon!

The Financial Officer was FANTASTIC he answered all the questions we asked without hesitation and with full knowledge.
He also gave us a lot more information on the vehicle then we expected or we didn’t even know to ask him. Very hard working employee.

Clayton is the best salesman I’ve ever encountered. He didn’t try to BS me or run any scams on me. Right from the beginning he was respectful and straight forward. I noticed that alot of these types of reviews are done a few days after a customer purchases a new car. That is great- but they might still be in the “Honeymoon” phase.
I have bought/leased 3 Subarus from these guys over the last 8 years- I keep going back!! Do I need to say anything else really??
They always work very honestly and go above and beyond to get me the deal that I am looking for- at a very fair price.
While I’m here, I would like to say that the Service Department is second to none! I have never seen a more professional group of folks. They have always treated me with the highest level of respect and like I am a valued customer- that says alot these days!
I highly recommend this dealership- and of course Subaru, in general- I love them!

Clay was very helpful and informative. He was very approachable and not a hard sell. He allowed space in our decision making process. He helped us set up the blue tooth and was very helpful in explaining the car. After we discovered a ding in the car we got it fixed by Ramsey service. They did a great job.

If you need a Subaru car, just talk to Gerry Norrell at Ramsey Subaru. We just bought a CrossTrek from him a few weeks ago and our experience with him was quite pleasant and smooth. He was not only knowledgeable about all features about the car, but also patiently listened to our needs and questions, and then addressed all of them in accurate and logical manner. I have been buying cars from other dealers and Subaru was not in my mind until my daughter mentioned it. I was not sure about cars and services Subaru provides, but Gerry certainly made Ramsey Subaru one of my favorite places for a future car need. I would go back to Gerry when I need a Subaru car. He is an A+ person.
