The dealer was a no hassle experience, second best car buying experience that I have ever had. Shane the salesman was not pushy and did the best he could for me in pricing and delivery. The Service Manager, Mr. Soto was excellent took as much time with me as necessary to explain and demontrate some of the optional functions that I had a hard time with eg. bluetooth, Sirius radio etc. Good experience all around.

Went to look at a used subaru wrx sti, very clean car and was very excited to purchase the vehicle, only problem was vehicle was not in my price range, brian and the service manager john did everything they could to satisfy me and get the vehicle at an affordable price. was pleased with my visit at Ramsey Subaru.

I recently had some problems with my Outback and they took such good care of me. They put me in a really nice loaner car, so it didn’t bother me much that I didn’t even have my car for a few days. They were professional and sympathetic to my situation. I have over 100k miles on my car, so I get it, these things happen. I just went back today to get simply a headlight bulb replaced, they of course remembered me, and they even went as far as to wash my car! What a way to take care of your customers! P.S. I did also buy my car from them. Love the sales staff who are young and energetic and steered me into the right car that fit my needs.

I have bought 4 cars from this dealership. They treat me great. Every time I go there whether to buy a new car or service they roll out the red carpet. I would never go anywhere else. Josh and Jerry went above and beyond as usual. Clayton is the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. Deffinetley check out this dealer.

This will be the third car I have bought from this dealership. I find that the staff goes out of there way for customers. They are not pushy at all and extremely accomadating. I read the last review and I don’t know what that person is talking about. This is where I will be buying the rest of my vehicles!

Overall who likes buying a car ? I never have well I just wanted to say that I had an amazing experience at Ramsey Subaru. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. Since teh day I picked up over two weeks ago I have recived a phone call from the salesperson Brian, The manager Josh called to make sure everything was ok and even the Service manager Stephon called to ask how my experience was and to welcome me to the service dept. Not to mention they take care of your first service free. I went to other delers that just had nothing good to say about ramsey and the other competiteors and I think its just sheer jealously. Ramsey Subaru far exceeded my expectations, and by the way I got a great deal! I will be buying from here again and I will be sending a ton of people because they have a program that rewards that. OVERALL BEST CAR EXPERIENCE HANDS DOWN!
