I noticed that alot of these types of reviews are done a few days after a customer purchases a new car. That is great- but they might still be in the “Honeymoon” phase.
I have bought/leased 3 Subarus from these guys over the last 8 years- I keep going back!! Do I need to say anything else really??
They always work very honestly and go above and beyond to get me the deal that I am looking for- at a very fair price.
While I’m here, I would like to say that the Service Department is second to none! I have never seen a more professional group of folks. They have always treated me with the highest level of respect and like I am a valued customer- that says alot these days!
I highly recommend this dealership- and of course Subaru, in general- I love them!

I have purchased and leased three subaru’s in the last 5 years all through Clayton who is an outstanding representative. His knowledge, interpersonal skills,honesty and customer service are exceptional. Both personable and professional Clayton delivered what he promises.
The car which Clayton highly recommende both the 2011 and 2013 have proven to be the best cars I have ever driven The outback 3.5 fully loaded is a joy to drive both for acceleration,handlin and it can be a work horse. I have leased and driven Audi’s,Navigators, Volkswagens,BMW’s,Buicks and I can without reservation say that this car is the best.
However if it were not for my first sales experience with Clayton I may never have gooten behind the Wheel.
I also want to give kudo’s to Shane for an easy transition with all the unnecessary paper that needs to be handled and to the Service Department that has always been professiona,courteous, and responsive especially Al Cisnerous.

I read a few of these reviews and its almost like their competitors are posting these bad comments to hurt them . I have to tell you, it was one of the best experiences in buying a car I have ever been through. He went over the car, gave me my options, and within a day I was driving away in my impreza. After the negative review I received a phone call from the service manager because he was upset with the review. After our conversation he offered me a free 7,500 miles check-up and detailing.
I feel better knowing that they cared with my dissatisfaction but I told him they should be upfront with all the charges this way there are no surprises.

As National Ski Patrol members, we are eligible for Subaru’s VIP Partners program. After an unsuccessful attempt to purchase at another Subaru dealership, we transferred our VIP form to Ramsey. We were contacted immediately and directed to work with a very experienced salesman, Alex. He took us through all the options and within a very short time we had selected a vehicle and all the options. There has been frequent contact from the dealership to ensure that we knew exactly when the car would be ready, the final paperwork process was organized, Alex was very informative when reviewing the features of our new car. All our questions were answered satisfactorily. Doing business with Ramsey Subaru was a great experience. We would, and already have, recommended this dealership to other folks interested in Subaru’s. Afterward, we learned that one of our friends had also purchased a car from Ramsey, thru Alex, and she also reported that he was a very good person to work with.

This is the kind of service you hope for…………
Coming home from NJ to Boston after Memorial Day weekend in our Outback we had a boot over our trans-axle U joint blow out (car has 100,000 commuter miles on it) spraying grease all over the engine and creating what can only be called a disconcerting amount of smoke. Called sister (also Subaru owner) and she looked up nearby dealers, found Ramsey and called them who then called me back all within about 5 minutes. And they essentially took it from there, arranging towing if needed though after we figured out what it was we realized it was safe to drive a couple of miles to the dealer. We arrived at closing time and they worked with me for over an hour to get me a car, they then let me use a sales demo for the night and even allowed me to drive it back to Boston (my wife had to get back for a meeting the next morning) and return the next day to pick up our car after being serviced. Picked the car up the next day and they even had it washed. The car has been running great ever since.
The whole time the customer service crew at Ramsey bent over backwards to help us out. Much thanks to all there.
One more reason why we own 2 (yes two) Subaru’s and why we will likely be Subaru owners / customers for a very long time.
So thank you Ramsey and thank you Subaru. Nice Job!
