We had a great experience at this dealership, despite some badmouthing by their competitors. It was one of the few dealerships that responded to my internet inquiry. We also showed up about 15 minutes prior to closing, with kids, but the sales rep was accommodating and spent a considerable amount of time with us (well past closing time) even though we did not end up purchasing that night. After comparison shopping we ended up back at Ramsey. They honored the price they committed to the first night. I dreaded having to car shop but Brian made it easy and pleasant.
